Why I cannot buy from this website?

Wireox does not sell the MVolt brand directly to consumers, Product is available through our retail store channel distributors, and online partner. Please Click Here.


How long is the Warranty?

All MVolt branded products are covered with one year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.


Do I need to register the product for warranty?

Our product registration takes one minute and require your email address only, you can track warranty time this way and claim warranty easily, However if you do not chose to do that we still honor the warranty, this practice may end soon and after that all products will be subject matter to registration for warranty. Where should I go to claim warranty?

Any return and replacements within 30 days of your purchase are being handled by the Store. Passing 30 days of your purchase, any concerns or warranty issues please feel free to contact us.


Where should I apply for warranty at Wireox’s Website?

What if I don’t have most of the information required in Warranty form?

Wireox team can help you with that, fill the data with what you know correctly. ITEM number, Your email address and Shipping address is important for us.


How can I look for an ITEM Number?

If you don’t know the item number of the product search on this site or look into categories and you should be able to find the product. Our item number starts with Alphabetical letter. Most of the products have a sticker on them with the item number as well. You can also find the item number on the back of the packaging.


What is RMA number?

RMA number is a reference number that points to your claim, if you are calling us to follow up on a claim please provide us with RMA number, this makes it easy for us to help you.

Wireox customer service team is available during office hours, after hour calls may transfer to one of our member based on availability, As manager, I have provided my cell phone number in case there is an urgent matter and you need assistance 313 645 9151. Terms and Conditions of warranty:-

MVolt or M.Volt is a brand distributed by Wireox llc, All MVolt branded products are warrants for one year under the following terms and conditions but not limited to these conditions.

  1. All MVOLT products have a limited warranty of one year from your date of purchase, and limited to the MVolt product(s) replacement only, any other claim(s) of any kind is not MVolt’s responsibility.

  2. MVOLT warranty for customers covers the replacement of the item with the similar item. 

  3. In case the similar item is not available then we reserve the right to replace the defective item with close matched item.

  4. There is no cash return from MVOLT under any circumstances.

  5. This warranty does not cover liquid damage, customer abuse, or specifications being changed.

  6. We may ask Customer to send us the defective product, if a defective product return is being requested there I sno exception to it and customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to following address.

  7. We reserve the right to ask you for the original purchase receipt. If you are asked for the receipt,

          a. Email scan copy or electronic copy to helpdesk@wireox.com
          b. Take a picture of receipt and send it to helpdesk@wireox.com
          c. Send a copy or original with the return product if you are being asked for product return.

  8. All items claimed under warranty will be shipped via USPS. Please obtain a RMA number to track.

  9. All warranty claims will not be final until unless they are submitted through the Warranty Claim Form and a RMA number.
