These are the main terms and conditions of use for the WIREOX web site, (the "Site") but are not limited to these terms and conditions. The “Conditon(s)” of a particular product may be mentioned with the product description and the use of this site will be a subject matter to the implantation of both or more of the conditions (mentioned with the product) and the conditions mentioned in this text.
Wireox.com requires you to sign up or sign in to process an order for purchasing a product. 2.0 Prices and Quantities
All prices and quantity are subject to change without notice or obligation. Prices DO-NOT include shipping and handling and applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges may vary. Orders are not considered valid until approved by Wireox. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
While Wireox uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in our marketing materials and website, Wireox makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Wireox assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our marketing material or website. 3.0 Warranty
When purchasing from Wireox, the product(s) are warranted from defects in material and workmanship as specified on our Sales Invoice. Wireox provides a standard 30 day limited warranty on all its used products, 180 days for new products to wholesalers and an extended one year to consumers from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover liquid damage, customer abuse, or specifications being changed. Should these items fail under normal use during this time period, Wireox, will at its option, repair, or replace the defective item with a like or similar product. If the unit cannot be repaired and a replacement unit is not readily available, Wireox, at its sole discretion may refund the purchase at the current market price. Refunds or credits are not offered when the units may be repaired or negligence of modification of, any part of the product. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING EXPRESSED WARRANTY, Wireox, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Exception to warranty offering:
4.0 - Exchange, Return, Credits and Refund Policies.
- Equipment for which payment is not made in accordance with originally agreed upon terms.
- Equipment specifically offered AS-IS or superseded by other warranty.
- Equipment which, in the sole judgment of Wireox was abused, misused, altered, neglected by the customer or damaged in shipment.
- Any equipment that is beyond the warranty period.
- Credits and Refund Policy
You can expect a credit or refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven full business days of receiving your returned product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are not refundable under normal circumstances.
- Return / Exchanges Policies.
You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Wireox, Wireox will not be responsible for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. Credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing are at Wireox’s discretion.
WIREOX DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, WIREOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, WIREOX IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE 7.0 - Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Wireox is Wireox's responsibility. If and when you send a product to Wireox for exchange, return, refund any loss or damage that occurs during that shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. You must notify Wireox within 5 days of the date of your product receipt if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping dates, rates and number of days are estimates only. You agree to the term that Wireox reserve the right to change or alter the shipping rates any time. You agree to exclude Wireox from any damage or business loss occurs due to the shipment time and date. 8.0 Re-Stocking
Any of Wireox equipment that is refused without prior notification given will result in charges applied for shipping and restocking. The restocking fee will be 20% of the total invoiced amount of the refused shipment. In the event of default, purchaser agrees to pay all necessary and reasonable collection agency fees and/or attorney fees and court costs. Return Authorization Number:
All requests for warranty returns must be placed in writing via e-mail or faxed to (248) 542-4506 to our Warranty Department prior to sending equipment back to Wireox. Wireox will issue a Return Authorization number for all approved warranty returns. The Return Authorization number must appear on the outside of the shipping box. Equipment sent to Wireox without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. 9.0 - TAX Policy
Wireox does not collect any sales taxes on behalf of any of the state. As a wholesaler you must provide us a valid Federal Tax I.D and should be able to produce valid documentation to support the reselling claim if required. 10.0 - Site Conduct
The Site is intended to be used for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in any activity on the Site that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site by means of "hacking," "cracking," "spoofing," or defacing any portion of the Site. You may not post or transmit through the Site: advertising or commercial solicitations; promotional materials relating to Web site or online services which are competitive with us and/or the Site; software or other materials that contain so-called viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, or other harmful or disruptive component; political campaign materials; chain letters; mass mailings; spam mail; material protected by copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right; any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or their contents; or posts that express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent. Additionally, you may not harvest or collect information about Site visitors or Customers without their express consent.
11.0 How Can a Consumer Get an RMA?
You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Site and you are responsible for all charges related to that.
- A consumer can directly contact Wireox for a replacement. Wireox warranty terms and conditions apply to this process as well
- A valid proof of purchase
- Original purchasing receipt required
- Obtain an RMA #
- Send your item to us via FedEx or USPS
- Wireox will ship you a replacement
Consumers warranty is subject matter to the acceptance of all Wireox policies. Note:
We will be charging a $50.00 handling fee for any NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) checks returned.
